After analysis, If it is resulted from workmanship or product itself, OneLeaf will refund the shipping cost to Customers. If it is resulted from improper operation, customers bear the shipping cost for returning defectives to OneLeaf HK office and OneLeaf bear the shipping cost for sending back replacement.
For repairable defectives out of warranty, OneLeaf repair them at no charge. Customers are required to cover all shipping cost for returning back and sending replacement.
