    Description

    Offered are several NON WORKING AN/PVS-5 tubes in original metal housings. These are 18mm second generation micro channel plate (MCP)
    image intensifier assemblies (tubes).  Available are both MX-9916 and MX-9648 style metal housings (difference being eyepiece used).  These are complete, not broken.  Both the MX-
    9916 and the MX-9648 tubes took an objective
    lens
    on the front and
    an eyepiece
    on the back, which are NOT INCLUDED.
    Some have leads while some do not.

    originally used in the AN/PVS-5
